The owners Gary and Liz are AWESOME! The hospitality was great. Rooms are very clean. Hot tub and pool are very nice and well kept up! The views are AMAZING! Minutes from Manitou Springs and easily accessible to Colorado Springs. I highly recommend! I will be back.
I must have looked online at least 2 hours trying to find a place to stay near Manitou and came across this gem! Very clean, the owners are so nice and gave us lots of ideas on where to eat and go for fun. We will stay here again.
Great hotel 2 miles from town center of Manitou Springs CO. Local owners, Elizabeth very nice and helpful with restaurant suggestion. Very very very clean. It truly is a motel and we loved it! We loved the two chairs on the porch to watch traffic and enjoy the night. It was a great experience. Definitely would stay there again. The grounds are very well kept and clean. Pool was closed due to weather but pool area was nice. Can’t say enough good things about the motel. We loved the neon No Vacancy sign, don’t see those anymore.
First you need to know that pretty much all places to stay in Manitou Springs are motels. The owners are very nice and welcoming and the room was very clean. If you want a fancy hotel, this is not for you. If you hike all day and just want to have a comfy and clean bed. This is the one. This motel is adults only, which I didn't mind. Close to everything and a gorgeous view of Pikes Peak!

This Motel was the best placed I’ve stayed ! Clean so clean . Management super great ! Location perfect . We will come again for sure . So quite peaceful . Nice pool and Hot Top outside . Close to good restaurants and coffee . The Best service Ever !
This is the cutest place! The owners are awesome. This is a small family run place and they take a lot of pride in it. Rooms are small, but very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Slept well. Will stay here again for sure. Lots of great restaurants near by
We loved this motel!! It's walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Plus a liquor store across the street. Very friendly staff with excellent recommendations for day trips. Our room and bathroom were very clean with comfortable beds. We could see beautiful Pikes Peak from our room and porch seats. Definitely recommend this motel.
